New CA Regulation Questions

1. What taxes are added to orders?
Green Nectar, in compliance with local and state cannabis tax regulations on the sale of cannabis products, will be charging a sales tax (7.75%), a city cannabis tax (5%) and a county cannabis tax (.5%) to all orders. The required cannabis excise tax of 15% has been included in the cost of the product so this will not be shown in your cart at checkout. 2. Who can buy cannabis?
Because Green Nectar is now recreational, our minimum age for placing an order is 21 years old.


General Questions

1. Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a storefront currently due to the citywide shutdowns and the difficulty of obtaining a storefront lease following the current restrictions.

2. What are your hours?
We are open for delivery 7 days a week. Our hours are:
Open Everyday 8 AM – 8 PM (last call for same day delivery is 8 pm)

3. Do you have a menu?
Yes, we have a menu and we consistently update it with our new products! See it here.

4. What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash. Credit card and debit card services are currently unavailable, but we are working on a solution to expand accepted forms of payments.

5. Do you offer discounts?

Cannabis Delivery Questions

1. How do I place an order?
Fill out your information on our “Join Now” form (you’ll need a valid ID), upon delivery our driver will verify that you have submitted your information and verify your ID.

2. Do you have a minimum for delivery?
Our delivery minimums are based on your delivery location. Click here to check your delivery minimum. If you can’t meet the order minimum, ask the dispatcher for information about a flat delivery fee for your area.

3. Where do you deliver?

4. Should I tip my driver?
Tips are not required but are encouraged as our team travel many miles and hours to ensure our members get the information and product they need.
